Smoothie Sunday: Berrylicious Smoothie


Welcome back to Smoothie Sunday! This week I have a made a tasty, healthy and berrylicious smoothie, packed with protein, iron and antioxidants!

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Banana
1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup of Frozen Raspberries
1/4 Cup of Strawberries

Simply blend all ingredients together, and enjoy!

  2. I am literally drinking this right now and it is amazing!! Again, I made it with chocolate almond milk because I don't actually have normal almond milk... But it is amazing. It's like I'm drinking a cherry ripe except its mixed berries not cherries!!
